Since the heating was outdated I asked to get forced air AC + Heating with duct installed (This sounded unachievable to me as well)To my surprise my agent argued with me saying that they would not accept any conditions and did not put an offer in the end.Am I being unreasonable or should I change my realtor?

We have Ecobee but I haven't tested the range lock yet as apart from 2 guests, nothing unreasonable and we were able to resolve amicably by reaching out to those 2 different guest groups and explaining/educating why their choices resulted in turning off the furnace (in winter with single and sub-zero temps).
