I've walked onto active job sites, talked to workers, and got a business card.

With two major hospitals, health related services sector is bringing lots of career-level jobs/investment. 

Currently wondering the same and would love to see how that went if you took the plunge.  

Hey everyone, I'm just starting out my real estate journey I'm 19 years old still in college and currently working a job.

I'm wondering if it's a good idea to get my real estate license or to just jump right in to investment and syndication.

Within North Bethesda, major employers include Lockheed Martin Corporation Global Headquarters (~3,000-4,000 jobs), The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (~3,000 jobs), Rock Spring Office Park (~1,500 - 2,500 jobs), Choice Hotels International Headquarters (~400-500 jobs) Federal Realty Investment Trust (~200-300 jobs).

I was wondering, is it common to have issues finding tenants who meet your credit criteria?

@Jay StraderI'm wondering the same thing - I had an attorney review the contract & basically all it said was invest at your own risk.
