Globalization - They make me dizzy, but I have bunches of clients looking at multiple markets. 

However, with the financing structure of being a Canadian and tax filing requirements, I am looking for a Canadian location that has potential and cash flow. 

Is it possible for US investors to get a loan on investment properties Through Canadian banks ?

Plus I like the tangibility of something physical..I'm interested in learning how to structure deals (optimal legal entities, tax implications, risk mitigation), financing options, and have some familiarity with this on a high level (albeit in a corporate and and global context).
