One of my houses has 4 bedrooms but we only use 2 as sleeping rooms so as to discourage the larger party groups (we made the others a yoga room and an office). 

I have experience opening and managing aerial/dance/&yoga studios and there is a local teacher who is looking to grow her business who I want to support and see succeed.

In more than 20 years with a dozen properties I’ve had  1 - $2700 clothes washer overflow I paid out of pocket and 2 x $30,000 water damage claims.

On 7/1 I entered the apt to find nothing but toys, leftover food, and random clothing strewn about.

Wedding, honeymoon, family vacations, food, clothing, sports, activities, braces, college, etc.

It was filled with old clothes and items and had 3 separate ceilings.

We went over this many, many times and I wrote a letter explaining my work history working as a yoga instructor and volunteering my time to get my hours to get certified.  

Everything from food, to clothing, to transportation, every item of spending I can live without, I'd live without it. 

So, I made the mistake of listening to my mother to said, "don't buy anything you have to clothe and feed" and I sold my 6 homes and invested $1 million into a syndicated real estate deal for 2 K-Mart shopping centers and lost every exactly $1 million plus another $50,000 for attorney fees.I started earning 20 times as much money when I stopped taking advice from real estate brokers.

My goal is financial freedom to travel and teach yoga and meditation to as many people and places as possible.
