I primarily invest in Kansas City, there are a lot of houses for sale in the 50-60k range that will rent for 800+/month ( I bought two last year, going back for more this year)This is definitely true.Ruskin and Raytown offer similar figures and are B, B- class areas IMO.The odd Ruskin deal does pop up for high teens or low $20s but usually needs quite a bit of work. Thanks and have a great day.
