Many of my flips are hundreds of miles away or even outside of Texas and I usually list with a Realtor for this reasonI could see Zillow having a 9$ an hour foreign “ case worker “ or Zillow home representative “ walk the average person through it just like setting up a pc or satellite tv service .

The Cuyahoga public library is connected to this app called Libby and you can connect your library account to the app and download all these free books and audiobooks and I just listen to them when I'm driving and have been blasting through a bunch lately!
