I went to my local law library and looked through the index for cases citing the tax foreclosure code, and couldn't find any which had tested reimbursement for necessary repairs cost.

Many of my flips are hundreds of miles away or even outside of Texas and I usually list with a Realtor for this reasonI could see Zillow having a 9$ an hour foreign “ case worker “ or Zillow home representative “ walk the average person through it just like setting up a pc or satellite  tv service .

I am thinking what I might do is install virtual Windows on my Mac using Bootcamp and then get the Quickbooks desktop for PC.

I just got a bunch of real estate and personal finance books from my local library, so I'm starting on those now.

I still have my property there ( built in 2012. 4bed 3.5 bath ) town home , it worth around 310k.. awesome location, walkable to over 30 restaurants , library , Central Park , gym, cub foods) let me know if you any idea to swap..we can talk..PM me.Thanks Trin
