It sounds risky on the surface, but the more I look into it, the less likely it seems the lender will figure it out.

Studio rentals is not a very economical investment for STR because you can't really add anymore sleeping surfaces to it vs having at least 1 bed will allow you to sleep 4 people (2 in the bed and 2 in pull out sofa). 

Generally when you fix a surface that whole surface needs to be painted. 

The last winter I spent in Tampa, after a-sprinkle of rain, when the ground was at below freezing (I used to wear a leather-bomber jacket) caused the surface of the roads to became a 'sheet-of-ice' my vehicle was hit by another vehicle.  

The tenant isn't what I would consider the stereotypical bad section 8 tenant, so on the surface of it all, I don't see any red flags that would push me away.

And because of it, stuff is starting to break...nobody knows the shadow banks and companies that are next...that takes time to surface.

I do a lot of 3D printing in plastic, and when talking about using it for home construction, I have doubts if it will ever go mainstream for the fact that when dealing with 3D printed concrete, you are talking about an incredibly rough surface finish, that then must be finished.
