I disagree with some of the others.Your Tenants have a right to privacy, even in the outdoor areas like the driveway or back yard.

It seems to me that people come to Scottsdale/Phoenix to be outdoors and enjoying the sun, having a large Smart TV in the family room is plenty.

Fast internet (there's a reason it's called Gig City), great population growth, industry (Amazon, Volkswagon, Unum, Erlanger, TVA, BlueCross, etc), outdoor living, etc.
