No eviction should be labeled easy, but outside of Albany evictions aren't as troublesome. 1) All things being equal, yes buying in states with less restrictive laws is better.

The Ramsey-Method just labels all debt bad, removes any use of leveraged capital. 

Not to bring unnecessary emotional baggage to a business thread, but there is a higher weight on my shoulders to take care of a property that my family worked very hard to get, which is why I cam to this site in the first place.

Now the property is labeled abandoned and the city has made me gut the house and now bring the 100 year old house to code (not a bad thing).

And then you have the $10k+ courses where someone like Ron Legrand or Tarek el Moussa or robert kiyosaki or whatever has licensed their name to some guru white label training and paid salesmen exist to convince you that YOU’RE WORTH the investment, you should invest in yourself, if you do ONE deal then it will pay for itself, you NEED coaching little newbie so you won’t lose money, etc.
