When you come across the owner and not an LLC to skip trace how do you get in contact with them ?

There are several skip-tracing companies out there.

I have a list of possible leads with the skip trace information.

Now my partner and I are back to square one regarding skip tracing and looking into 3rd party skip tracing services.

The ones I skip traced were either already sold or weren't selling at all.

Finally...If that doesn't work, try a skip trace.

So i have made a solid commitment to start going to collect weekly (EVERY MONDAY) probate files.I had made the choice to cold call them. 1 because i have been used to cold calls from previous work so it doesn't scare me. and 2 it is the fastest way to get to them and also either get a yes or a no (NOT NOW) early on. my question is, would it make sense to call them right away as soon as i collect their files and skip trace their numbers?
