I have just been calling nothing but voicemails. been calling every number associated with the owner from the trace file. so far no luck. i guess the next step is to start mailing the mailing address.

I do not follow up, I do not track KPI's I don't have 33 phone numbers, to see which method/mailer performed better.I don't have to do skip tracing.

Driving for Dollars and then doing the research by preforming skip traces, may allow you to find off-market properties that don't have several folks on the contract already.Hopefully, that will take some risk out of what opportunities you're willing to put your name on.Good luck!!

These newer services often charge upwards of a $1 per postcard for the time savings you have to figure out if it's worth your time saved or if you have the time currently, but not the funds you can mail post cards very cheap with places like Yellow Letters Hq.The new wave/fade is to skip trace the owners and simply cold call them.
