not saying this is whats happening but those were the same sales techniques that lured Morris invest folks to make irrational purchases.. its called the take away close.. and again I am not saying anyone in Memphis is doing this..

But I am pretty sure Roofstock once they have done their inspections are not going to sell something that is old and broken down.. they are just like any other turnkey remarketer they want fresh rehabs.. they send their own inspectors in to do the home inspection so they Don't End up with  a Morris Invest Oceanpointe fiasco  IE selling homes that have no rehab .. they do their own independent inspection that they pay for so they know the inspector is working for them..

Bonus points for PWH stories.Well as I write this its about 11pm & I'm in the back of an Uber driving home from a party after enjoying a few drinks.......Nowhere near enough drinks to think / do anything crazy like invest with Morris or anything, but a few.

If the loan closes, who cares... if we did not have an accidental e mail  IE CC instead of BCC  Morris would have ripped off another 500 investors. :)

Best,SpencerThere has been much scandal in the turnkey space, and some very public and sizable stuff is going public now with Morris Invest - still early and everything is getting sorted out so, everything at this point is alleged.That said, I think turnkey is a great idea for certain people, but the challenge is getting a good provider.
