I’m more inclined to believe Cozy, and don’t think a bank would mark a payment as fraud due to insufficient funds, but would rather charge the account holder an overdraft fee.

If you don't have that kind of offering from the electric company you really ought to look into a different fuel for heat...if you're inclined to give the tenants a break on heating costs.

It is going to be difficult to get a conventional loan for something so cheap that you can fix and BRRR it because you'll be competing against cash buyers and sellers are more inclined to take less money for a guaranteed sale over someone who might not close the loan in the end

While the cash-on-cash return might be higher than the method currently being used, if it requires you to study full time for 9 months because you're not particularly inclined to that skill set, then it could end your career and/or motivation.

It's common to see pre-payment penalties in this loan product and now lenders are less inclined to negotiate these pre-payment penalties down knowing rates are expected to continue to decrease which incentivizes the borrower to refinance.
