I don't have this venture fully executed yet, I'm in the exploration/research phase of it but the plan is to dock it at the marina (where they have a convenient store & ice cream shop/picnic area and as far as renovation, I'm still learning that but my thought is that we can do higher quality materials and finishings since the square footage is so much smaller.

I had to tell her to deal with it ,  Its ice , I have a snow plow , not a ice plow .

We have board game with chess and a knock hockey table.

We took photos, made videos, and were told that they generally do not pay for electronics like TV's, electronic ice makers, and Air Conditioners since it is hard to prove who did the damage or when it was done.

I forgot to add: I take out garbage disposals and ice makers in all rentals.

In the winter, ice and frost developed all over the attic.

My logic behind this is, if I can stay above a 4.5-5% cap with a 10/10/10 it's just extra icing on the cake for the duration of the hold.
