Paper or plastic?

I have several mobile homes on private land and they have appreciated more than my stick built homes.It is true that some mobile homes are built with cheap fixtures like plastic faucets, thin plastic tubs, cheap cabinets ext.

K sent me a photo with the intake vent covered with plastic.

They look behind the furniture and the bed (checking for outlets without covers).I heard from another landlord a couple years back that the City of Garland made him spend thousands tearing up and replacing a concrete patio because there was a crack and it was a trip hazard.

I would suggest repairing and staining the fence, pressure washing patio and walkway, fixing the blinds that look crooked in almost every picture, and removing the desk lamps in that room.

We were advised to line the perimeter of the house with plastic and hose the siding down while carefully pulling off mostly whole pieces. 

People are not careful and run too much grease down the drain and sewer clogs up, or baby drops a plastic lid in toilet that plugs sewer, $1200 later the plumber fishes it out after sewage backed up and ruined $1000 of carpet.

What if the primary bedroom has its own door to the patio?

Plastic interior could almost be hosed out if necessary.

Being funny but maybe you could get one of those plastic face shields and a mask, plus plastic gloves, plus a disposable gown?
