I get that there are always moral-less people taking advantage of whatever resources come available, but phone calls are still a very viable form of marketing and, frankly, like all economic strategies and business models that have established success, it's not going anywhere.

Moral of the story, do your research in the beginning to ensure you have the right person on the job.

we get that all the time. they think that you "will like them so much" and would just lower it to get "good moral character" tenant in there.

Hello @Robin Morales,I can not answer the question of whether Phoenix or Las Vegas is a better investment location, but I can tell you how I would make the determination.

We only have two parties in the US and they are actually very similar when it comes to actual policy; yes they are devided over some emotional and moral issues with not much physical impact on the economic future of our country.

Moral of the story, might come out ahead some of the time and behind other times.

Any real estate strategy can be slimy when it's done by folks with little to no education, ethics, morals or cash to overcome foreseeable issues.

I, personally, find that their are more than enough challenges in real estate that I wish to encourage all who are seeking to support their families to do so by whatever moral, ethical and legal means possible.
