Floors are made of Particle board, not plywood, so small leaks under sinks or tubs will cause significant damage.GOOD NEWS:  While Mobile Homes take a lot of getting used to, they can be very lucrative and have a really low barrier to entry.

I have done this on my house that was built in 1959 with lead paint.I also bought one of those nice face Masks so I don't breath any lead paint particles and for other stuff since the house is so old.
