Keep in mind, every time you walk inside of your home you drag in micro particles of lead.

Although carpet does hold onto particles more than a hard surface, sweep twice with a heap filter sweeper.

The rep at Home Depot said you don't need any particle board or U lay installed underneath the vinyl plank flooring.

Especially the cheap crap on particle board from the big boxes.

You can always use particle board with handles screwed in, like the previous owner did for two duplexes I bought last year. 

Floors are made of Particle board, not plywood, so small leaks under sinks or tubs will cause significant damage.GOOD NEWS:  While Mobile Homes take a lot of getting used to, they can be very lucrative and have a really low barrier to entry.

We use the aerosol bug bombs (1 in every room) and those have been effective.

I would stay away from the particle board cabs from the big boxes and find all wood RTA's. 

I have done this on my house that was built in 1959 with lead paint.I also bought one of those nice face Masks so I don't breath any lead paint particles and for other stuff since the house is so old.
