Just tell them we are out of 15's.d.  10's rent both Outside and Climate control 10's at two different prices. 

Homes are newer than rust belt cities and the climate is mild which makes for less maintenance expense and less emergency situations.  

One wat to reduce your risk is to check with the zoning office for the target location adn see wha the climate is in the Community. 

Thank you.It's interesting because when I read over the reported incident (even though I haven't lived there in 10 years) I can remember reading the articles and talking to friends and family and understanding the neighborhood climate during each incident.

Does anyone here know how much additional cost I am looking at by adding a climate control system to this project, and is climate control really necessary?

Did not need to replace entire floors, just needed to replace from the nearest wall to that floor with a good contractor. they will do this if they were not climatized before they were installed.. happened to us on a new build I was doing Charleston Sc Bamboo flooring and it all had to be replaced..

If it is temperate climate maybe it would be good to go without ceiling fans. 

Mountain biking, hiking, climate, fishing, boating, peaceful mountains, etc...I hope to retire in an over 55 community in East Tennessee. 

Despite having horrible, if not the worst, climate for taxes and litigation, there is actually something CA offers its residents for protection that can convince small, mid sized business owners and investors to stay in CA and not move out of the state.

PS is hard on a good day (most restrictions in the US), impossible in the current climate.
