@Jeffery Waicak In my town, you can't have more than 5 unrelated people living in the same house under the normal rental property rules. 6 or more with with a full time staff member falls into another category and might have some requirements you didn't think of, like a fire suppression system.

They need to have a high risk appetite, they probably need to have a connection with and know the country.What I'd do specifically is go and live for a while in Buenos Aires, one of my favorite cities in the world and get to know people there (don't pitch right away).

I just think that their shares are overpriced.In regards to puts and shorts; the market's are pricing year + out with such premi's it's killing the risk taking appetite.
