Thanks Jerry, great coverage.From what Jerry mentioned, you'll need to contract the deal when the tenant says "I'll take it".I'll bet Jerry's form can act as the purchase agreement, guessing.We use a FROR modified from a PA.

I believe this is a PA thing, not just Phila; but Phila has their own natural gas (ripoff rates BTW) and water, and those are the two that are billed base on usage (and hence tenants can run up the bills).
