I have never spoken to a cop that didn't say that morale was at an all time low and that things are getting worse.

In some states legally selling electricity to tenants doe require a revenue grade meter on the tenant's consumption (accurate WiFi enabled meters are $300).

Moral of the story...screen your tenants!

In hindsight it was a very bad move for us as it should have been a red flag suggesting a moral character flaw.

My question: As those of us with access to accurate market data and knowledge are the significant minority, do we have a moral/ ethical responsibility on calling out the fear-4-profit people on the their... well their lies (no pc way to say it)? 

The main thing is always treat people with respect even if you are kicking them out for whatever reason.If they are month to month then you are under no obligation legally or morally to let them stay as long as they want so don’t feel bad about that.

They were sort of morality tales for young boys, to encourage them to work hard and save, and that by doing this they would become rich important business leaders some day.
