I always hated keeping money in 401Ks as I know by the time I would need to use it, it will have probably evaporated through the market ponzi scheme.

If your American investment experience is based on flyover turn key schemes you do not have a good representation of US real estate investing.

I love the fun color schemes on the desert style homes.

In reality you can find who is behind in LLC with google in 10 seconds.So I say find a naming scheme that brings you some joy. 

I wish them the best, people NEED housing, but that's my passion not a scheme to make money.

This isn't a get rich quick scheme and it's not done overnight.

Some people will tell you that turn key is not a good approach because there is no equity in it which is true, however, real estate is not a get rich quick scheme and you should be looking at the long term.

At the end of the day real estate tends to be so localized it is hard to make overarching assumptions.I do agree though in the broader scheme the problems with the European economy and the Feds reluctance to increase interest rates do not bode well for the macro economy The price increases do make it tough on investors who want to cash flow on rentals, but it does seem the rents are increasing along with the home values, just a little more slowly.

Whether you’re within your rights as the managing member to withhold the information is immaterial in the grand scheme of things.
