You lose some privacy, but the rental market around UCF is probably pretty high ($650/$700/mo per room when I was going there 10 years ago).

It seems people are willing to give up personal space (e.g. full kitchens) for affordable rent and some level of privacy (having a micro-apartment rather than sharing a house with 3 roommates), as long as they have access to the things they want when they want them (e.g. car2go, restaurants, etc.)

If mortgage is involved, no due-on-sale triggers, and as much OR MORE privacy as an LLC.If you hold title to several properties in one LLC and you get nailed with a lien or judgment, it will attach to all the properties therein.
