I've enjoyed reading many of the success stories on here and familiarizing myself with the markets many of you have decided buy and hold or flip in.I haven't nailed down my market just yet, but may decide to go with a location I'm more familiar and has potential to form a solid team (Vermont, Virginia, California.. or many of the booming areas in the South East).
