Typically, the Midwest and Southeast are the best cash flow markets due to affordable prices and strong rents.

As a side note, I've been in SE Asia for the last eight months, and in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, and Phnom Penh, etc. the buildings were literally covered in "black mold" inside and out.

We did just have two major hurricanes come through the southeast (Texas and Florida) and you wouldn’t want to find yourself stuck with a flood car because someone pulled a fast one on you.

One interesting comment he did have however is that there has been an influx in migration from Asia, which I thought was interesting, not sure the reasoning behind it.  

I've enjoyed reading many of the success stories on here and familiarizing myself with the markets many of you have decided buy and hold or flip in.I haven't nailed down my market just yet, but may decide to go with a location I'm more familiar and has potential to form a solid team (Vermont, Virginia, California.. or many of the booming areas in the South East).
