I dont have to deal with the midnight call the the fridge died and all their food is going bad....or the washer damaged their new clothes.....Yes tenants can damage the property moving them in/out.... but they do that with sofa, beds, chairs- and everything else them move in/out.

I was able find a bank to give me a $30k business loan secured solely by my "business assets" which at the time consisted of a single office chair and an ancient computer...Might be another avenue worth exploring.

Our director does a great job of finding speakers at the monthly main event, and we have 4 subgroup meetings every month - rehab, real estate notes, multi-family, and wholesaling.  

Their director and senior manager level people simply couldn't afford to buy in the Bay Area. 

She assisted in the process of hiring an Executive Director.

He  tried to make people believe he was this huge real estate auction company and hiring all these "National Directors" when all they were was simple agents in their respective locations.

The County just hired a new Planning Director, and he's supposed to be more builder friendly, The City already has a head of Planning that came from the building trades, so hopeful.
