My township has strict laws on height of grass, no cracks on sidewalks, trees need to be trimmed to 10 feet above sidewalks and 14 feet above street.

I live in a nice property where it says I'm responsible for the "yard", which includes trees, as in your lease.When the trees overgrow to where they infringe on access to my sidewalk, mailbox, driveway, patio, and roof, I don't hesitate to go out there and snip away anywhere I can reach.
