I cannot reach them - email to them is rejected and while not disconnected, their tel# either rings with NO ANSWER or it is in a constant busy tone.  

But, my phone sometimes rings off the hook from wholesalers trying to buy my SF rentals and every week I get postcards and yellow letters.

And for those willing to buy in a middle suburb or in one of the rings just outside of the cool areas, you can still find a reasonable home.

My experience is that most tenants are able to do that math if they have been renters before, and know if the overall rent plus whatever utilities you are including - is a good price or not.I agree that if your phone is ringing off the hook, you're definitely in the ball park. 

One existing issue has been with the doorbells, where the bottom one rings the top unit and top doorbell rings the bottom unit, as well as one of the doorbells not being lit up.

I’m all for transparency but “2% of tools” has a very weird ring to it.

Maybe BP should create a graphic, like different color rings around profile picture (only 1 ring broken into quads) to indicate what type of investor you are - high/low $/door, STR/LTR, buy-hold/flip, Cbus vs rest of country, deal volume, etc.

For example, a deaf person may have a dog trained to alert them with the phone rings or someone is at the door.

You can turn off notifications temporarily or indefinitely so it only rings for certain people. 

I’ve never looked at marketing as trying to make the phone ring/ inbox explode.
