My experience is that most tenants are able to do that math if they have been renters before, and know if the overall rent plus whatever utilities you are including - is a good price or not.I agree that if your phone is ringing off the hook, you're definitely in the ball park.

One existing issue has been with the doorbells, where the bottom one rings the top unit and top doorbell rings the bottom unit, as well as one of the doorbells not being lit up.

Maybe BP should create a graphic, like different color rings around profile picture (only 1 ring broken into quads) to indicate what type of investor you are - high/low $/door, STR/LTR, buy-hold/flip, Cbus vs rest of country, deal volume, etc.
