I run into a lot of other agents who mis-use the “non-conforming” label to try to lend some legitimacy to what is simply an illegal addition or alteration, which just muddies the water and results in uninformed buyers making costly mistakes  

It's so sad how contractors are automatically labeled as scammers for protecting themselves. 

If I did that to one of my renters in Vegas, and if that tenant decided to take me to court, the judge would transfer all that "heat" directly to my wallet - regardless of the payment situation.

-Not adding common negative keywordscalls could come in and be labeled as a conversion even though the search terms was shown with previous data to drive unqualified traffic.
