honestly flights are getting cheaper, jax airport expanding, just do NE fl, w/ property mngr and forget about it...i started buying in raleigh from N va, and kept going to NE fl..

I just bought my first property in NE DC,  which happens to be a duplex, in January and I put $30K down for closing costs/downpayment.

I went back to the data, and after some lengthy analysis, I chose a city I’d never been to before: Omaha, Nebraska.

We are in the N/E corner of LA county.

@Jeremy Young I deal with a ton of folks from LA.I only know NE.

So, of course, there are the bad apples, but for a C class area, I find it much lower risk than areas of NE OKC and Just south of the river.
