This is a great way to quickly tell if there is a flaw in the data you're getting.  

It is too small of a percentage to grant introducing more risk to society by putting more guns out there.Now, one flaw in my argument is that mine is based on the premise that "most " people start to carry guns because they can.

Certainly we can uncover opportunity however opportunity has to be present first even if camouflaged.

But when we did...we uncovered a gold mine.

Asking on BP if anyone has ever been sued and then using the lack of personal responses as evidence that it doesn't actually happen is flawed evidence.

On the same coin, there are some incredible deals to be found out there, and most of them are uncovered (fairly easily) by the people who understand how to target the right people and look where nobody else is looking.So anyway...

And, unfortunately, until you really start doing it, you will not uncover some of the real lessons that you need to further your real estate investing career.I learned A LOT with my first flip and some lessons I doubt any book or program will ever tell you.
