I have run across park owners in other businesses that also owned a park so you just never know ( i.e. mobile home mover, electrician , accountant ....)

I send out check right away, but thinking of asking him to move to monthly or bi-monthly payments to streamline the process...Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

We use Streamline, which is a legacy software provider for PM's of 50+

These rules are not the be-all and end-all, but they serve as useful guidelines to streamline the initial evaluation process.

Make sure who is taking skirting off,,,airing tires,,,hauling blocks,,,leveling ,,,and never heard of mover hooking up utilities.

If you don't facilitate that and I don't mean by subsidizes as much as making it acceptable/streamlined to build then you are part of the problem and you are driving up housing and rental prices. 

Turnover is a huge expense, and I want to know your tips and tricks and best practices for making it a quick, streamline process.
