Our entire property was nearly furnished completely by barely flawed furniture from West Elm at a fraction of the MSRP.Then we rented a uhaul, filled it up and drove it back (2hr)Sitting around and waiting for staggered furniture delays wasn't an option for us.

Is my thinking flawed?  

As a person who has been burned by this inherent flaw, I feel it is my duty to make other landlords aware.

Although they are still flawed as they are using scraping and algorithms to flag properties and have got the status of mine properties wrong a few times already.Another million dollar idea I wish I thought of 3 years ago though

Assuming we are talking about one of the metal, covered fire pits that keeps the big embers inside or is this an uncovered hole in the ground, aka a house burner? 

(Guess it's a good flaw to have) I always try to see the good in people and without a system would try and fit that person into my box of what I wanted even if they didn't.
