Many of us have watched the real estate market roller coaster from the sidelines while pondering the "perfect deal."

Sitting here watching your device waiting for ANY response or update is the most stressful thing I have ever been through.this roller coaster of relief then worry to realizing that there's a big chance you'll get evicted before you get a response?

Please let me know if these make sense for an east coaster to invest and the numbers wont cause a negative impact.

I've been an investor in Detroit since 2011 and it's been a roller coaster.

I was just buying based on cash flow and since I moved to San Diego in the 1970's, I saw the drastic roller coaster like price swings and in the back of my mind was thinking.  

So I decided to try and go with a couple from one of the bigger nationwide firms and got taken on a two month roller coaster ride, only to be told that the wholesaler decided to keep it for himself. 

Also any recommended spots on the east coast?

I'm writing this poolside in Palm Springs right now--I understand why west coasters don't see the draw, but for the average middle-aged professional, Cleveland offers nearly every amenity of east coast living without the cost and headache.
