It is much easier to legally manipulate your income taxes than your property taxes. 

I can keep you in your house for one year call me "With the tenant base your dealing with most will know these tricks very shortly.. just like they know how to manipulate every single social program out there.

When I enter temp password, it flashes to the resetting your password screen where you type in your new password twice, but then it goes back to original screen after a fraction of a second.Aside from getting password reset emails, I have not had any luck with getting any customer support.If anyone has suggestions, I would love to hear them.Thanks BP!

Most county assessors are now available on line and most are free (at least in KC), but you will spend  a tremendous amount of time trying to manipulate the data into usable information that will help you find good deals.
