Most deals are done with exclusive listings some of which may be shared between different brokerages that have sharing agreements but don't expect to log into the Manhattan MLS and look up properties.

We did most of the laboring ourselves and hardly hired anything out.It helped us a lot especially with the log siding we used, we got multiple quotes of around $25,000 just for removing the old siding, installing and staining the new siding.

In a way reminds me of my logging days.. we were sending all our #1 grade doug fir ( or the majority of it to Japan in the 80s and 90s) private timber that is.. you cant export state owned or federally owned timber.

Even if it's a non-profit the person has to put limits with their time on helping people learn the business so they can grow their own.This is why I like BP.People can log on at their leisure and learn something new everyday.No driving,no meal costs,no excessive drain on time for the day,no hard sell,etc.I or anyone else can post great information on here and tons can read it with new people everyday.
