Most deals are done with exclusive listings some of which may be shared between different brokerages that have sharing agreements but don't expect to log into the Manhattan MLS and look up properties.

We did most of the laboring ourselves and hardly hired anything out.It helped us a lot especially with the log siding we used, we got multiple quotes of around $25,000 just for removing the old siding, installing and staining the new siding.

I have been writing receipts and trying to keep a log of it to make sure i have some type of paper trail for myself but for the tenants as well.

It's always comical to see the Realtors jump on with their holier than thou attitude only to log off and talk one of their clients into purchasing an overpriced house so they can get a bigger commission check.

Even if it's a non-profit the person has to put limits with their time on helping people learn the business so they can grow their own.This is why I like BP.People can log on at their leisure and learn something new everyday.No driving,no meal costs,no excessive drain on time for the day,no hard sell,etc.I or anyone else can post great information on here and tons can read it with new people everyday.

Definitely sign up, take imperfect action, log in to the weekly calls, ask questions, join the FB community , sign up deals (even if you don’t know what exactly what your doing — the team will help u!!
