Be careful when dealing with the elderly and deals, especially after one of them passes, I have been under investigation on a deal we were putting together for an elderly woman on her property.

A old woman with 2 adult children is not a healthy situation.

and once a realtor gets a sellers listing into mls very little differentiates one listing from another. understandably every licensed profession tries to protect its turf. doctors lawyers realtors etc. and this Pam woman what does she charge for pm services?
