That's one reason I have a problem with many of the gurus out there, as you said they teach steps.Doing real estate deals is not about doing steps but understanding why people react the way they do, what makes them receptive to your "plan" why a transaction needs to be structured the way it is and why certain functions need to be addressed.That's too time consuming for gurus, it's easier to teach steps, what to do next and who to call.
