As it winds down, I'm really trying to streamline my application-to-lease processes. 

I'm an agent looking for a fast paced, positive vibe, streamlined office with passionate people who love what they do.  

Most agents I know who are somewhat successful in the residential world are spread too thin and are just beginning to implement ways to streamline their business.

I figure that I can streamline my thoughts better if I did developed a connection with a likewise person.

Difference then was, he was known by all the big guys, the mover and shakers and they fed him real deals.

If you are working with agents that specializes in working with investors they may have some systems in place to streamline the process and/or be able to use one work flow to service multiple investor clients.

Second part of the plan is to convert the garage under the new ADU laws in Los Angeles that streamline conversion of a SFH to a duplex.

I'm excited that there is more to come and look forward to connecting with wholesalers and other movers/shakers in the Atlanta area. 

Does the LLC make things harder or easier as far as loans, insurance, and just overall streamlining the whole operation?
