If you got really niche with the leads and had a few ways to monetize them, then I could see it working out in terms of longrun value if you have some cash to gamble with and could run this for volume.I've tested paid leads from a few different sources and providers, but nothing has ever panned out to be actually worthwhile.

Same as Cozy or RentRedi, but seems a little more challenging to use and results in lots of spam email.

In a waterfall, the GP is incentivized to stay the course, gambling the LPs equity, because the GP only makes money above 7%.

I've had multiple out of state people call me that are spam because they have pulled my number from a public database & have to inform them they shouldn't be doing that - even if I may help them sell, wholesale or buy.

Youre gambling that the underlying wont be called or that the lender will negotiate with you if it happens.
