Forfeiture of assets to the Government?

-ADP Will Provide Free Private Sector Job estimates each week in the absence of government data during the ShutDown.

I’m grateful for all the awnsers and advice I’ve been given.As for the land, Maria is right with spanish bureaucracy and that can be troubling sometimes.Nothenless, being a bedroom city (we call it like this here, 30 min from an important city), government usually promote this developments.In our specific case, we already have a network of business can do the labour, and we are exploring financing options. 

Note this is not a support or political post about other aspects of government, just real estate specifically.

Maybe the government shut down is causing the slow down.  

Especially since they're just twiddling their thumbs at home during this government shutdown (cue Lindsey Graham screaming his pretty little head off).Follow-On Effect: RussiaOne aspect of this deal that many folks may be sleeping on: the US is requesting China's assistance in negotiating a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.

It's one of myriad reasons the city is less prosperous than the surrounding county with a libertarian mayor (Glenn Jacobs - Kane of WWE fame) who is much more laissez faire with housing regulations than the increasingly protectionist city government - but on the other hand there aren't many hotels and speakeasy bars outside of downtown!
