We have young people attend our meetings, as well as old folks...everyone is there to learn and network, and I aim for it to be a no-judgement zone.  

Now that I'm beginning to make a good wage at work, I am looking to learn, network with people in the area plus around the state, and fingers crossed house hack in the next couple of years to begin building equity and wealth.

Attending various meetups and listening to podcasts can significantly enhance your knowledge of the multifamily sector.

Typically you need 40 or more to have enough money and work to hire a full time PM and part time maintenance person.A few meetings you might want to attend to hear about some failures and successes of investing in MF coming up. 

Also, try to attend local real estate meetups. 

For education, Biggerpockets has a lot of information and there are also many books that can introduce you to the general flipping process and numbers associated with it.As far as networking, attend local meetups and join investor Facebook groups to connect with other investors in your area. 

If you go this route, then I'd recommend giving them a couple of months notice to find a new place.
