At any rate, you're left holding the bag and that sucks.I don't think josh and Brandon are to blame at all for this.

The rental market is VERY strong, but rentals are always a mixed bag because landlords have bad presentation, try to rent it themselves, don't make it nice, and wonder why they don't get top dollar.

Now its a bit of the waiting game, but as stated previously the play will be a 3-4 unit in a trendy-ish area of the city.Hope everyone is doing great and making strides to get the bag and help more people/ be of service leading into Q2!!!

My wife just found Blantons at a store in Murfreesboro, TN when traveling so I checked a bag on the way home!   

For me personally it's been a mixed bag lately.. 

Maybe ..the dust needs to settle and a bigger vision should be made of what needs to be.

Total of 5,000 seedlings, plus left overs from last year and ones we bagged and seeded ourselves. 

Totally agree on the noise and dust being a key frustration point.

ANd the worst part is that you are stuck holding the bag.

Banks learned their lesson during the recession and found buyers especially investments easier for buyers to walk away from leaving lenders holding the bag.
