I wanted to make sure I wasn't making a rash decision of considering selling the rental in order to cash in on the profits.

So I'd suggest that you put some weight on and grow out some facial and/or body hair.

that's for sure.. the cirrus has a long wing too so the T hangers and others were very susceptible to hanger Rash.

You should ask your real estate agent what the potential legal ramifications might be, before you do anything rash.

My agent is suggesting we walk away but that seemed a bit rash to me.
