But more so for actual physical showings when prospects are viewing a property (whereas virtual staging is quick, cheap, and easy, but does nothing for you during a viewing of your listing). 

If I was hedging my bets today, with AI and other technology looming large, I would be doubling down on physical professions that also require knowledge - HVAC, for example.
