If you don't want the headache of keeping track yourself, you are looking at several 7-9k on Oahu to start (former Big Island resident myself).

SupplyLas Vegas is unique because it is a tiny island of privately owned land in an ocean of federal land.

Where we go down is a side branch which has shallow water, next an island and then the actual river.

I’m in a different Florida market (Marco Island) and this is slow hurricane season now.

And this is why building is so brisk in Markets like Texas ton's of land that is still very inexpensive compared to other mature markets were there is land scarcity..

LA port for containers; LA area high storage rental prices;  The only problem I see is land acquisition at the right price and zoning. 

I like Greece when I have gone there though.. scooter riders on some of the islands you have to watch out for though.
