lol it has nothing to do with my post..but in my younger ages, I saw this movie too many times,  Real estate builder / lender committed suicide or they were fleeing to GuangDong province in China to hide after their real estate project gone foreclosure after some interest rate changes (kinda like the same story of our own McAfeee) ......this kind of event from the 1980s has the same final destination lol loleven when I am invested these days I remember these movies..... unfortunatly the GFC caused many a suicide I knew two personally. 

Build up bank account, stop hiding and WHAM account seizure.

they obviously traded the place on purpose tried to hide the burns in new carpet they left clothes, 4 lighters snd magic mushrooms in the new dryer had a dog come in without telling me and the HoA fined me when o had no idea then they gave me 5 days notice they we're leaving right before signing for another year, which I'm glad they did go but how do I tell them I had to spend all the 4000 and more In repairs?

They do get paid a higher fee when there is a vacancy to find a new tenant and if they wanted to charge a $100 vacancy fee to the owner, then they should hide it in that fee.  

It also hides smudges and is easy to clean even as a flat sheen
