Hi, I am inquiring if anyone knows what are the best/top rated condominiums in " Hollywood/Hallandale/Sunny Isles , FL " right now to live in as an owner.By best I am referring to: Good board , good financials, happy owners, no current dramatically high assessments.

I've learned with time, to try to run a financial question through a, Financial lens, Behavioral lens and Emotional lens.  

We are planning to move out of state once we have lined up a few financial moves as we just recently purchased an investment property where we plan on moving to and will convert it to our primary residence when we move.

Outside or general market conditions will impact that market, but it won't impact every market the same way.Every analysis, which every decision is based, is based on the financial impacts to that property at the specific time in question.

For me, a regular 1,300 sq ft house with new roof and windows I am not spending under $60k+ currently We are looking at 75K on 1300 sqft, but still there is all the financial Cost. if you are borrowing on a  construction loan.

If financial independence is the objective, then the income from your rentals has to meet certain requirements:Rents and prices need to rise faster than inflation.Operating costs must stay low.
