It's based around a tenant has a legal right to "peaceful possession and privacy" which now those waters of can a landlord do video recordings or not, is it an intrusion to privacy or not, get's a whole lot more murky. 

They just stopped responding to my emails and never provided any answers... give Jims company a try watch his videos on dealing with dead beat tenants.. they are as he likes to say SAVAGE.. you are the owner though and the idea that you can hand everything over your learning is novel but does not work you stop managing the tenant and start managing the PM.. me personally I would have gone there and walked into their office and figured it out.I would have gone there too but I'm thousands of miles away.

I literally go take pictures & video of the properties with the address clearly showing. 

You won't get your money back....I would recommend looking at both Lowes and HD for their stock doors and getting a local installer.

So I have been reading books like The And Asset by Caleb Guilliams and The Art of Wholesaling Properties by Robert Shemin, picked the brains of a family member already in the industry and my realtor, got into sites like this one and Legal News, and watched a few youtube videos for the last 6 months.

I've made some videos about what I've done personally with renovations and my rentals.

I had some ideas also which could be like a hot tub or sauna games (pool,video games, airhockey ETC).
