Rents are solid, and the town is undergoing slow but steady revitalization A lot of investors I talk to are also starting to keep a closer eye on areas like Collingdale or Lansdowne — older housing stock, decent tenant demand, and you can still find stuff in the low $100Ks to mid $200Ks if you're not afraid of a bit of a heavier rehab.Would definitely recommend spending some time looking at zoning, local rental comps, and township-specific landlord rules, though — each borough/suburb tends to operate very differently.Good luck with your search.
