Land Profit Generator: Seems expensive and heavily focused on group coaching unless you pay significantly more for 1-on-1.LAI (Land Investor Academy): I don’t believe they offer 1-on-1 coaching.Land Capitalism: Seems promising and newer, but I haven’t found many reviews.

By pivoting strategies (out of necessity), I was able to claim 15 years of depreciation and other tax benefits, build equity, generate positive cash flow, and sell for an appreciated value.

Digital nomads care about these things, but it's the healthcare professionals ironically who probably need it the most, facing burnout, etc. a new generation of HCPs may want to flip that script.

I think that will generate more specific feedback than generalities otherwise.
